Bi-monthly VFA Virtual Training Classes - Introduction
VFA Facility Training Classes consist of two-hour, web-based virtual classroom sessions, which include demonstration, lecture and hands-on student exercises. These interactive web-based training sessions are limited to a maximum of five (5) students to provide an optimal student-to-instructor ratio and to allow for detailed Q&A during the session.
Our web-based training classes are conducted by professional education staff via our Zoom training interface. Zoom allows students to participate on their own PC while also viewing the instructor PC for guidance (two monitors are recommended, but not required).
Enrollment is on a first-come-first-served basis. If the desired class is full, you will have the opportunity to join the waiting list and will be notified in the event a seat becomes available or an additional class is added. We encourage prospective participants to join the waitlist, as significant demand will drive the scheduling of an additional class. (Instructions to join a waitlist are below.)

Cancellation Policy
Please review the cancellation policy for these classes. In the event that you need to cancel your registration for the VFA Training course, the following refund schedule applies.
Full Refund: A full refund will be issued to the credit card on record if you notify vfatraining@gordian.com of your cancellation no later than 10 business days prior to the date of the class you are registered to attend.
Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be issued to the credit card on record if you notify vfatraining@gordian.com of your cancellation between 5 business days and 10 business days prior to the day of the class you are registered to attend.
No Refund: No refund will be issued in the event you cancel with less than 5 business days prior to the day of the class you are registered to attend (or provide no notice but fail to attend the training.) By completing this registration, you are indicating you have read and understand the Cancellation Policy.
Waitlist
Enrollment is on a first-come-first-served basis. If the desired class is full and displays “The requested qty is not available”, you may join the waiting list by contacting VFA Training via email at: vfatraining@gordian.com with the subject line: “WAITLIST”. You will be notified in the event a seat becomes available or an additional class is added. We encourage prospective participants to join the waitlist, as we may add an additional class according to the demand.
