2025 Construction Cost Indexes - July

The Construction Cost Index (CCI) with RSMeans™ Data is a useful tool for comparing and contracting costs from city to city, region to region and time period to time period. The CCI quickly shows whether costs in your city are higher or lower than another city (or the national average), helping you budget accordingly. 

This quarterly publication (published in January, April, July and October every year) contains average construction cost indexes for 318 major U.S. and Canadian cities. The chosen cities represent geographical areas with the densest population centers. 

The information presented in the index is organized according to the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) MasterFormat.
