Commercial Renovation & Interiors Costs

The Commercial Renovation & Interior Costs dataset is designed for commercial renovation, repair and remodeling projects of any size from small office spaces to large projects in manufacturing, retail, schools, hospitals and more.

• Includes data from each MasterFormat Division, with expanded coverage for interior specific divisions (Divisions 9, 10, 11 and 12). 

   

• Since the dataset includes unit prices, it can be used to develop budgetary and detailed estimates.  

   

• Includes tasks such as surveys, demolition, painting, drywall, appliance installation, decorative glass, skylights, plumbing fixtures and more, all tasks that are needed for interior build-out construction. 

   

• Unit costs are organized in CSI MasterFormat 2018.

   

• Assemblies are organized in Uniformat II.
