2026 Interior Costs Book

The 2026 Interior Costs Book With RSMeans Data is focused on new, commercial, interior construction. It is aimed primarily at estimating commercial and industrial projects or large multi-family housing projects costing $3.5 million or more. This dataset includes over 16,000 unit cost line items across 23 CSI MasterFormat divisions with an expanded sections for interior specific sections (9, 10, 11, 12).  Divisions typically associated with exterior construction have been abbreviated. The assumption is that the installing contractor has annual billings of $4 million or more.
