Commercial Package

The Commercial Construction package provides unit cost data for all general construction areas with extended cost data for mechanical, electrical and plumbing tasks. This package includes over 50,000-unit cost line items and more than 8,000 pre-configured assemblies for common MEP "system" type tasks.

The following datasets are included and searchable by MasterFormat or Uniformat:

• Building Construction Costs - Covers general construction areas from groundwork to finishings. Ideal for new or major renovation commercial and industrial projects.

   

• Electrical Costs - Includes electrical components such as conduit, light switches, transformers and car charging stations and many other electrical components and equipment for commercial and industrial electrical work.

   

• Plumbing Costs - Plumbing related tasks including insulation, valves, water heaters and common bathroom fixtures for commercial plumbing systems.

   

• Mechanical Costs - Includes mechanical tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, pipe fittings, boilers, thermostats and refrigeration ideal for residential to large-scale commercial buildings.
