Follow these instructions to download the Word files to your location.

1. Click on the link below and select the Form you wish to download. Note: Most browsers download files to "My Download Files" directory (you may specify somewhere else if you want).
   
   
2. After the download is complete a "download success" box displays and asks if you would like to install the file. (We suggest clicking "install") OR Goto START > RUN > BROWSE (select the path where the file resides)> select the file > OK.
   
   
3. A new box displays "Means Facilitites Planning & Relocation", we've specified a directory where the file will be extracted. (c:\My Documents\MeansForms\FacilPlan\) If you want a different directory, you may type that path over the one in the "Destination:" line. Now click "Finish".
   
   
4. If the directory does not exist than a box will display "Create 'path' ?" Click "Yes". This will create the directory specified in step 3. (This should only occur once, provided the next time you specify the same directory path. A new box displays "Extraction complete". Click "OK". Your Word files are now ready for use.
   
   Note: Some company's have strict Internet guidelines, if you have trouble or are unable to download files contact us. Please specify which form(s) you need and we will e-mail you the Word file(s) (multi page forms will have multi attachments).
   
   
5. Launch Word. From FILE > OPEN > BROWSE, find the directory containing the extracted Word file(s). Select the Word file(s) you wish to use.
