Creating Custom Report Templates

The Report is the end result in creating an estimate using the Means CostWorks Estimator. The Report is what the customer, client, or management will see. As such we have included a number of formatted report templates to make this step easier. We have also included the ability for the user to create their own Custom Report Templates and save them for use later. To create a Custom Report Template, the option to create an estimate template from scratch is available, but it is best to start with an existing template, and then alter it as you see necessary. From the Menu Bar, click on Reports, then Define, Reports.

The Report Editor will appear. From the Report Editor, use the Select Report to Edit pull down menu and select the report to edit. Plus many other customizing features.
