We publish a Historical Cost Indexes page in our annuals. Since we print these books before the January CCI is run, we put an estimated Jan 2011 index in the Historical page. For the 2011 books the estimated January 2011 index = 185.0 which can be found on page 700 of the RSMeans Building Construction Cost Data 2011.
