• Take exit road out of the airport
• Proceed to a set of lights next to the Ramada Hotel and go straight through the set of lights.
• About 1/2 mile after the set of lights bear left at the sign BOSTON.
• Proceed to the toll booth at the beginning of the SUMNER TUNNEL.
• Stay to the RIGHT going through the SUMNER TUNNEL.
• After you come out of the tunnel take a 90 degree RIGHT, AVOID GOING UP THE RAMP, and stay to the LEFT lane. Follow signs for ROUTE 3 and 93 SOUTH. DO NOT GO UP THE ELEVATED RAMP.
• There will be a set of lights -- Go under the overpass, make a U-turn-- stay LEFT. Take ramp onto ROUTE 3, 93 SOUTH --make sure you are going SOUTH.
• Stay on ROUTE 3 --45 minute drive.
• Take EXIT 8 (Smith Lane/Rocky Nook).
• Turn RIGHT at the end of the exit ramp and cross over the highway.
• RSMeans is on the LEFT just past the ROUTE 3 on-ramp.
